The following summarises the process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the the top navigation menus to browse for the schoolwear, sportwear or accessories that you are looking for, or click the search icon to type in a search term.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have found the product you are looking for, select the size and quantity that you are interested in and hit the \u201cAdd to cart\u201d button.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat this process until you have added all the desired products to your cart.<\/li>\n<li>When you are ready to purchase the product or products, hit the shopping trolley icon in the top right of the navigation menu.<\/li>\n<li>At this point, you can register as a customer and complete the information as requested. Please provide us with a correct cell phone number and email address so that we can contact you- very important!<\/li>\n<li>Complete your collection preferences and details. Your options are; 1: School Shop, 2: Prep School Reception (for Grades RR to 3), 3: High School Reception (for Grade 4 to matric).<\/li>\n<li>You will be asked to place your order, once placed, you will be taken to a secure payment site, where you will need to follow the required prompts to complete the payment process. Please note you can only pay using \u201cPay gate\u201d- no other payment options are currently available.<\/li>\n<li>Once the process is complete, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your junkmail.<\/li>\n<li>When collecting your order, please note the following: if collecting from either the school shop, the Prep reception or the High school reception, you will need to present your order ID number and sign for receipt of order. However, depending on circumstances and where possible, we will endeavour to perform another delivery earlier in the week. If the order is received during school holidays we will make delivery as and when we have access to the school premises.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a notification indicating when your order is ready for collection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happens if an order can\u2019t be fulfilled?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order in full (normally because of stock outs), Carol Thompson will be in contact so that a decision on how best to proceed can be jointly made. This process will then take place \u2018offline\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sizing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sizing can be tricky! However, if you purchase the wrong size, the garments can easily be exchanged at the School Uniform Shop. Specific sizing guidance is provided on relevant product pages, where appropriate.
