Most exchanges are related to incorrect sizing, and we encourage you (provided the goods are still in a fully \u2018sale-able\u2019 condition, and you having the invoice) to do sizing exchanges. Please engage with us on returns for faulty products \u2013 again our philosophy is to be as customer-centric as possible.<\/p><p>Naturally this customer-centric approach is open to interpretation, so in times of disagreement, the following will be used as a guideline.<\/p><p>For returns for credit, if 30 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately it may not be possible to offer you a refund or exchange.
